IJRU will be reaching out to the selected athletes with further instructions.

Video Feedback Program

The AAC is excited to announce that the Video Feedback Program is up and running for the 2024 season! This free program offers jumpers an opportunity to receive specific help from members of the Athlete Advisory Council on how to improve finished or unfinished routines. All you have to do is send an mp4 video of your routine to and request specific feedback on what you'd like to improve in your routine. We would be happy to provide written, video, or one-on-one meeting feedback; whichever you specify!
